To provide stylish, safe, and affordable after hours transportation from the beach to the downtown club scene. We advocate, along with local sponsors, social responsibility aimed at reducing drinking and driving incidents that regularly endanger our San Diego community. Our goal by offering a $15 roundtrip fare is to provide an affordable alternative to $50 cab rides and the $20 valet and parking garages of downtown. We care for the well being of our fellow partying San Diegans so... We promise to do our best to provide you with safe journeys, weekend savings, a fun social scene while you travel in style and above all... We promise to keep the party going!

Originally from Virginia Beach, VA, Eve Ballo transplanted to San Diego, CA in 2000 after a two year stint in Los Angeles, CA. She received her BA in International Relations with a minor in French at George Mason University and then later received a MBA. Eve has worked for five years in technology consulting for MCI and the past six years in academic counseling for a local university. She has lived in the Pacific Beach community of San Diego since 2004 where she first realized the need for a shuttle service that The Bounce provides. With the support of friends, family, local business owners, and community organizations, she is excited to finally be able to materialize her dream of offering an affordable public means of transportation to a community that is plagued with weekend drunk driving incidents. She continues to work as a university counselor in the day and enjoys snowboarding, kickboxing, and going out to the beach bars and downtown clubs with friends in her free time. In the next two years, she hopes to expand her fleet of buses to service the college communities and other areas in San Diego that have few after hour options for transportation. It is with great joy, love, and concern for her fellow San Diegans that she is able to give something back to a community that has given her some of the best times of her life.
